Hartford projects
Hartford has a long history as an insurance town, and its mix of financial services, health care, manufacturing suppliers and professional offices means a lot of process training. Requests from teams here are often step-by-step procedure videos, software training for staff, onboarding lessons, and captions and transcripts for internal video libraries.
Training in regulated work often has to show a procedure exactly as written. We follow your script and step list closely, keep every required step on screen, and flag anything in the recording that doesn't match the written procedure so you can decide what to do.
Older office buildings and winter heating systems add a steady hum to recordings. We clean it up, and a headset microphone during recording helps more than anything we can do in the edit.
How a Hartford project runs
- You share the recordings and tell us who the video is for.
- We review the files and send a written quote with a delivery date.
- You watch a first cut on a review link and leave notes at exact moments.
- We make the changes and deliver the video, caption file and any extra versions.
All of it happens online. Files come in through a shared link, cuts go back as review links, and calls are booked in Eastern time. We don't have an office in Hartford, and the work doesn't need one.

Questions
Do you meet clients in Hartford?
No. We work by email, review links and video calls booked in Eastern time.
Can you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. Send yours with the brief, or ask for ours. Recordings are used only for your project.
Ask for a quote
Cost depends on how much raw recording there is, how long the finished videos should be, how much cleanup and blurring the footage needs, whether captions and translations are included, and how many versions you need. Every job gets its own written quote before work starts.
