What we do
HelpCentered Video edits explainer, training and how-to videos for small businesses: onboarding lessons, product walkthroughs, cleaned-up screen recordings, and captions and transcripts. We work for teams who know their process well and have already recorded it, but don't have the hours to turn those recordings into something a new person can follow. Calls are booked in your local time zone.
How we work
Every job is quoted in writing from your brief, reviewed on a link, and delivered online. We don't publish prices because two videos of the same length can need very different amounts of work, depending on the state of the recording, how much needs blurring and how many versions you want.
What you won't see here
This site has no client logos, client quotes or showreel of client work, because we don't publish client recordings without permission. The stills on the samples page are AI-generated and labeled that way, and the walkthrough frames are illustrations.
